Quote, sample, and contact requests
When you use our quote, sample, or contact form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, company, email, message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers). Forms are processed via the Web3Forms service, which acts as our processor.
Analytics
Only with your consent (cookie banner) do we use PostHog for privacy-friendly analysis of site usage. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time via your cookie settings by clearing this site's browser storage.
Personal pricing links
If you open a personal pricing link we sent you, the access code from that link (and your company name, for the greeting) is stored in your browser's local storage, so you see your prices on later visits without the link. It is kept until you sign out ("Sign out" in the bar at the top of the page), the code is revoked, or your prices expire, and is used only to show your prices. Your prices themselves are not stored in your browser; they are loaded fresh from our pricing system on each page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request) and § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (storage strictly necessary for the service you requested).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, as well as data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
